Great value, decent areaPros: I stayed at a Motel 6 just prior to staying here, and I must say that Klamath Motor Lodge kicked Motel 6's butt. The floor was a little dirty (carpet) and Yreka is an interesting area, but the stay overall was pleasant and the staff was nice enough.Cons: The bathroom didn't have a vent. It did have a window... That opened up to a mess of a back area and locals passing by. Sooo no to the window, just have to suck up (no pun) the lack of ventilation if taking a warm/hot shower.
Pros: Location, room size, pool was clean, Cons: Parking too small, no shampoo for room price,
Exactly what we needed.Pros: The beds were fine, it was very clean. There was shampoo and soap. The location was close to the freeway and several restaurants. This is not a high end hotel but it is perfect for travelers coming off I-5, hikers, or anyone who needs a clean cheap place to sleep. It was very quiet.Cons: There were a few small things we didn't like, the closet door didn't close all the way and the heater was either ON or OFF no thermostat. So even though it was snowing outside we had to adjust the heater a few times during the night, not a huge deal.
