Boarding procedure was just awful, if you have older family members who can barely use phones dont get them on this airline, they require you get your own boarding pass through the app and pay for your baggage there also which the app sucks, even after you pay you have to show them you paid if not they will charge you again ohh and they charge you $15 to print your pass which is crazy every other airline clerk does this procedure at the counter and prints it for you, and they dont even give you a wheel chair even if you requested months ago, never again in my books.
There could be better organization at the airport. It seems we are all cattle lining up for slaughter!

Pésimo servicio y actitud de sobrecargo. Parece que no han entendido que trabajar en una empresa de servicio implica necesariamente una actitud positiva. Confrontar al pasajero siempre traerá consecuencias negativas. Imponer en lugar de explicar para convencer, es verdaderamente innecesario e implica un enfrentamiento y sobretodo la sensación de abuso de la autoridad conferida. “El que no vive para servir, no sirve para vivir”
Volaris has no Wi-Fi, or in flights entertainment. New plane comfy, they were on time for all flights

For a low cost airline it’s ok. Boarding was a bit chaotic. You have to pay handsomely for any food or beverage. The plane was comfortable and clean enough.
Everyone was rude. From the check- in desk to the crew, they could use all use a re-training on proper customer service. I had to beg for a wheelchair for my 71-year old father, when I was initially told it’s too late to get one.
A 3 hour delay for a 2h30min flight is unacceptable..especially when you show up to check in your luggage a little over 2 hours before the flight time and the staff at the counter tells you that you can't cause the flight is closed (what? The plane hadn't even arrived! How?)...fortunately the staff finally did check the bag but only after having to complain about how absurd this was.

Volarís overbooked our flight and then made it impossible to board because they didn’t have anywhere to put us. After 2 hours in the special assistance line with 200 other screwed travelers they offered us a flight 5 days later for a small fee of 750 dollars. You think you’re saving money with this rude airline but you’re not. Extremely callous staff accustomed to screwing people who give them their money to travel.
Check in was too slow!!! We got early at the counter but sinde check in take so much time. We were just in time at the gate. Check in on web or mobile doesn’t work.. the flight goto off on time and came as scheduled.
Flight was delayed over 2 hours. Not the first time this happened with Volaris.
During check in, the staff member indicated he did not speak English and proceeded in Spanish. We were not told how to get to our gate. I would have appreciated all announcements (no matter how unimportant) to be translated into English. Custom forms were not offered in English to customers so I had to ask. There was no in flight entertainment which I knew ahead of time. It wasn’t clear customers had to purchase food or drink. Complimentary cups of water would have been nice for a 4 hour flight. Also the leg room was unbearable especially if the customer in front reclined their seat (which happened to me)

Volaris is the worst aerolines ever, they’re stuff it’s helpless, they don’t even how to take care of clients. Will NEVER use them again!!
