Picked up at the airport in one of the rental cars instead of a shuttle bus, and got to talk to the driver about the company and procedure while going from the airport to the rental location nearby. I hadn't done an all electronic type of rental before. They made it easy. Once you got the app loaded it was easy enough. Nice clean new Audi A4. Also a drop off at the airport, upon return, in the car that you had rented, so you don't have to move your bags or ride in a bus back to the airport. Very convenient to get dropped right at the curb by your airline departure location. Great experience. Helpful people from end to end. I'd use them again.Cons:
Loading the app on my iphone was a bit of a pain. I couldn't get the pages on the app to scroll correctly so I could fill out the forms.
