Pros (+) Price and location. I had a couple of small issues that the Manager took care of immediately (no remote for the TV).
Cons (-) The bed was uncomfortable. It was an old, cheap, hard mattress that had sunken in. The person next door was smoking a very annoying, strong cigar that permeated the walls into my room. I complained to the Manager, but nothing was done.

Pros (+) The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was helpful and friendly. Good hearty breakfast. In addition to the usual continental breakfast (pastries, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, and waffle machine), there was hot food...scrambled eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, and hash browns).
Cons (-) We couldn't find anything wrong with the room.
