Everything was perfect
The SPA Manager and her entire staff was extremely kind and did everything they could to make me feel right at home. Nair and Salma in particular were very attentive to details and understand customer service.
The incredible use of plastic is disturbing. Ordered food on the beach and the plastic container came in a plastic bag with plastic silverware in plastic sealed envelopes. For 2! The next day I was asked to wear a plastic bracelet OR THEY WON’T LET ME SIT AT THE POOL OR BEACH. I took my own towel and sat in the sand as I can’t bare the amount of plastic being used at this hotel. Do we really need 3 towels per person on the beach? Come on! It’s 2019 and there’s plastic on the beach every day. This hotel has a green initiative but to be honest, there’s NOTHING green about this hotel. Water bottles made of plastic, plastic shampoo bottles all single use plastic, not reusable not recyclable I’m not coming back here until they ban single use plastic. The ocean is full of it, right in front of your own eyes !! It’s in the fish we eat and the birds we see! Wake up guys it’s 2019
Jacuzzi is great! Bath salt relaxing! View on the bay is amazing!
Too expensive drinks. 18$ Cocktails nothing special for the price. I understand if it was something unique but it’s just overpriced.
