7.0 Good
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Room very nice and great view.
Cons: Hotel had very limited Christmas decoration compared to picture on website. Restaurant way overpriced. No Christmas activities.
6.0 Good
Pros: Beautiful views of the lake in the morning. Bell staff and event staff were both very kind.
Cons: I booked the king room with balcony and when I checked in and went to my room, it was two doubles, not a king. When I went back up to the check in desk I was told that regardless of my SPECIFIC BOOKING that did not guarantee a king room. I quickly disagreed with her stating that I paid extra to receive a king room. She ended up putting me in a king room, but it was very odd that she said it did not guarantee the room, it was more like a special request regardless of the fact that I paid an additional fee for the king room. Additionally, the hallway smelled like smoke, not the room luckily. But the hallway definitely did!

Pros: I had issues with my booking through booking.com. After traveling over 5 hours with it late at night with 2 small children it was horrible. Horrible to get to hotel and not have our updated reservation. We ended up having to pay Through the hotel. A whole big mess and I don’t plan on using the service again

Pros: Staff was friendly and efficient. They worked with our group to have 2 rooms side by side so we could help with our grand children. Room size was great. our grand daughter had plenty of room to crawl around with very little to have to child proof.
Cons: We did not research enough about the date we went corresponding with park activities. only a few things were open. We did not have restaurants open Friday night when we arrived and had to go into town. We will plan another stay during the peak time when all activities are open.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: We used this as a base for our day trip to Stone mountain, which is just a few minutes away. Everything was great, for this type of place, breakfast was good, beds were clean and made bathroom and shower were good too. Small but warm and good enough for my kids indoor pool.
Cons: Sits on a noisy large road, front desk clerk was completely overwhelmed and by herself on a very busy Friday night.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were all polite and helpful, rooms clean and neat, complimentary breakfast was very good and well stocked.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The bed was comfortable.
Cons: There was hair on the floor, in the shower, on a towel and in the sink, you can tell that the bathrrom needed to be updated because the caulking was discaolored and the shower curtain rings were all torn. The pool location right behind the dinning area in the front lobby area so it was not good and the pool was very small. The pool was one of the reasons I picked the hotel and i didnt even use it.
9.4 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for just one night before going to Stone Mountain the bext day, but I wish we had stayed longer. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The people working at the desk during both check in and check out were super nice and made it easy to stay there. For a reasonably priced hotel, this was better then we expected.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Very convenient for visiting Stone Mountain
Cons: Had a funky smell and definitely in need of a remodel
4.0 Okay
Pros: The staff was very nice and friendly. Location, because we were visiting Stone Mountain.
Cons: The room is so dated. So old. We moved the side table to look for my son toy and all the dust behind it was unbelievable! The paint on the bathroom wall look unfinished (poor workmanship). Bathroom shower so noisy, Ac also very noisy. Tv didn't work, they offered a points for that. Not value with that kind of price!
1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing.
Cons: Accidentally left my son’s diaper bag in room. We were traveling to Tennessee for vacation so it was loaded with approx $100 worth of diapers and wipes, as well as my sons favorite blanket. I called later in the day when I discovered I had left it there. None of the staff were helpful and it was obvious someone in the staff had stolen the bag. I called back three days in a row and was given the same crappy attitude each time. Do not trust any of the staff members.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Quiet, low key atmosphere
Cons: Room rate fluctuation based on local events
1.0 Poor
Pros: There was quite a line and when we did get our breakfast there was no place to sit. We sat in the lobby but were asked to move into a conference room which was better since the maid was mopping in the lobby and it smelled of cleaner - not what you want with breakfast. The food was fine.
Cons: We checked in only to find that our room wasn't ready until 5:30. No shows in the cleaning crew. When we finally got into our room, it was dirty still, though it had just been 'cleaned'. There was debris and hair on the toilet, dust and such on the surfaces (night table, dresser), fridge had a spilled OJ in the bottom and an old drink in the door. The TV didn't work (no signal) and when we tried to inform the front desk we found the phone didn't work. When we went down to the desk the mgr returned with us to 'fix' the problems, he was not very successful. Neither the phone nor the TV worked reliably. The wallpaper in the bathroom was coming off and had a large mildew stain, the fittings were rusty (I noticed when I took it upon myself to clean the toilet we were going to be using - something I have NEVER done before). When they offered a 25% discount we felt at least that was merited or more. It took nearly a half hour for the desk clerk and mgr to work out how to do it. We had booked 4 nights, but stayed only one and left without visiting Atlanta. We did visit Stone Mtn but were surprised to find the grand viewing hall was blocked by a giant 'snow slide' which they erect in front of it during the winter to drum up business along with giant speakers that blast contemporary music. Not our cup of tea but obviously a big hit with someone as the lines were enormously long (even at $50/person per day).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the facilities that was offered such heated pool and breakfast.
Cons: The location
6.0 Good
Pros: The breakfast and the location were great. The employees were also super nice.
Cons: The rooms were older and it had an odor that the staff explained were in all of the rooms because it was an older facility. The pool also had so much chlorine in it that your eyes burned instantly even before you got in the water.

5.0 Okay
Pros: I love the style of the room. Spacious efficiency!
Cons: This stay my room had too many roaches!!! There was only one cooking pot. There was no toilet paper and upon request was told "i gave away the last roll!" Leaves kept blowing into my room under the door. Not just one or two. Every morning there were at least 7-8 leaves. Heating unit was very tempermental. It worked when it wanted to! When you press the buttons it did nothing! Stove timer was broken and sink base cabinet door falling off the hinges and pinched my finger several times! Need to provide free wifi! Need a change machine in the laundry room! Room phone did not work when trying to call front desk.

Pros: Staff was very friendly
Cons: It wasn't what we booked a month prior to our stay, but when we got there they didn't have the room we booked. They had to give us another room. My husband is handicapped and the room wasn't set up for handicapped person.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was super friendly upon check-in. My boyfriend and I were on a weekend trip to Altanta with our two dogs. The facility offered a great dog friendly area outside. The room was clean, comfortable and just what we needed. It's a great value and I'd definitely stay there again.

Cons: The Inn is under rennovations and was noisy & dusty. The entrance & parking in front was covered with cigarette butts. Not clean. This Inn really needs reconctruction all over the place. The location is not the best, as you turn onto Crescent Blvd the first site you see on your right is an empty old bldg. with a falling down sign & torn covers out front. The whole area needs help. It lacks any warmth or security.

5.5 Okay
Pros: This motel was clean but is dated without any frills---such as coffee in the room. The price is high for what you get but otherwise it is ok.
Cons: No coffee in the room; price to high for what you get; the floors squeak badly when walking on them.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location was nice. Didn’t have people just hanging around like we had other places
Cons: People that worked there wasn’t very friendly

Cons: The room looked a tad bit shabby. They needed to add more lightening because it was very dim in the room. The carpets needed to be cleaned. It was just an ok stay but never again.

9.4 Excellent
Pros: Affordable, comfy beds, no bugs, no sketchy hanging out outside, quiet, large fridge.
Cons: The toilet didn’t flush well but it wasn’t that bad
6.3 Good
Pros: Clean and very good staff
Cons: Beds were uncomfortable and really tight could not get wheelchair through. Step up to door husband had to get out of chair.
6.3 Good
Pros: I thought I left my license and they gave me no problem or hassle about it. The room was extremely clean outside of the carpet and toilet both are old and should be replaced. No dust at ALL! I messaged them prior to because my children are very allergic and they did EXACTLY WHAT I asked for! They gave us extra towels and were EXTREMELY nice and professional. The price is right on a budget. The area was decent and the guests range in every single way.
Cons: The smell is in the carpet I think and it was a horrible smell. The lights near The bed didn't work but The others lit The room just fine. The toilet was leaking a little at the bottom and it was very filthy and rusty at the bottom and underneath. Don't look of you don't care tol clean it or have them clean it. The carpet was disgustingly filthy and made the bottom of our feet and socks obviously dirty.. take your pick. I ran out of socks so that's how I know what it feels and looks like on my feet. It's bad and they need to rip it out. It's a very outdated hotel with a smell throughout the entire place. We bought candles and air fresheners to mask it.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was good for the money and it met our needs
Cons: Iy was close to Emory University Hospital, the gentlemen on the desk was very polite and helpful, and no problems while at the motel

Cons: The smell of the room. Husband said it was a clean smell... I don't know what it was just different
4.0 Okay
Pros: Location to Stone mountain
Cons: 25$ pet fee/night/pet not advertised on booking.Com Rooms were dingy and bath room needed paint job, mold around baseboard and dry wall peeling. You could hear the toilet above you flush everytime someone flushed... All through night! Walls very thin heard lady puking in adjacent room at 3 in the morning! And I guess since the rooms were less than 100.00 the patrons were a little shady. Loud partying in the parking lot till the wee hours.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Plenty to eat - cereal, fruit, juice, coffee, yogurt, waffles
Cons: I normally have scrambled eggs - all piled up They served these flat egg patties - kinda bland The room had a two plug outlet but they had three things running to it. So the clock/radio was unplugged. It also couldn’t be moved to another plug because it was strapped together with the other cords. So when we disconnected the lamp plug, and plugged in the clock/ radio , it started making electronic “buzzy” sounds and shorting out. — Time for a new clock ⏰ Mini fridge needs to be defrosted — major ice build- up.

Pros: Nothing I didn't even stay the night there I left two hours in. I had a candle burning trying to get rid of the loud smell at that time and it did not work. There were people that live there and the furniture was soiled!!
Cons: This is more of a motel where people live weekly. The manager seemed not to care that I was unhappy and told me that he didn't have any more rooms. Leaving me no choice but to check out. He also refused to give me any money back even though he could no

Pros: The location was very convenient to Stone Mountain State Park, but the area seemed shady.

Upon reporting it, to the night desk clerk, we were given a plunger and were expected to fix the issue...and we did. The next morning (this was a one night stay) after showering, grabbed one of the towels from the rack. A water bug fell from the towel and upon further inspection, the towel was stained and dirty. We will not be staying there again and would not reccomend it to anyone else.
