Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews highlight the hotel's convenient location near shops and attractions, which many found positive. However, cleanliness was a significant concern, with multiple mentions of unpleasant odors, poor room maintenance, and even reports of bedbugs. Several guests were dissatisfied with the breakfast, citing limited options and poor quality. Service experiences were mixed, with some staff members described as friendly and helpful, while others were reported as unhelpful or even dishonest. Overall, while the location is a strong point, improvements are needed in cleanliness, breakfast quality, and consistency of service.
