Just ok , prefer to have a semi buffet
Paper thin walls, you could hear what was going on in the room next door and this was not through the dividing doors which we didn’t ask for , constant fan running in the bathroom all night .
Property is nice with please external areas spa with the thermal waters was nice goods gym great location
check in at 4 pm is way too late taxes and levies are too high making saturday night too expensive and poor value massage treatments are too expensive
After being disapointed with the room , I refused to spend another dime on the property.
The room was tiny. There was not even a place to hang clothes or draws to put clothing in. Unbeleivable for the price paid for that room.
It is definitely not worth the price. We’ve traveled all over the world and this hotel is a rip off period. The hallway smells, the rooms are so small they said my dad got upgraded to a handicapped room which we didn’t ask for, it looked like one of the worst rooms I’ve ever seen in my life. It had a note saying here you have a bottle of wine for your stay, well there was NO bottle, went to complain told me it will be there that night IT WASNT, complain again, she questioned me, in front of me send a message to house keeping, who lied and said to her that they did delivered so she told me sorry but they did, so in other words she called me a liar. Then I asked for the manager who actually was a nice decent person and apologized. It was no longer about the wine it was about them calling me a liar.
