Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it easy to access restaurants, shops, and public transport. Cleanliness and bed comfort are also frequently praised, with many guests finding the rooms spacious and well-maintained. However, opinions on breakfast and service are mixed: while some enjoyed the breakfast variety and staff helpfulness, others experienced slow service, poor buffet replenishment, and unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Some guests also mentioned issues with maintenance, noise, and elevator wait times. Overall, the positives center on location, cleanliness, and comfortable accommodations.AI-generated from customer reviews
