For this price point it’s definitely the best in hotel circle, close to hillcrest & only a few miles from fiesta island

Pros (+) It was close to Hilcrest
Cons (-) When we plugged in the AC to turn it on it’s started smoking an smelling like gas. We had to switch rooms an the staff seemed irritated the whole time. Extremely run down for being “remodeled”

Pros (+) Leo at the front desk was great !
Cons (-) The room could smell better... get new towels.... the little fridge could be replaced cause it was making noise the whole time... also the tv remote could use new batteries...& fix the hot tub! Don’t say because it’s winter that no one will use it anyway.... I go all over the world and use hot tubs even if there is snow !

Pros (+) I'm really the people in the office were amazing and accommodating me because I wasn't able to go up the steps because of the surgery. It's not your old Vagabond Hotel anymore. :-) The updates were really nice In the room. .
Cons (-) The shower had hairs in it and there's a big stain on the carpet in the room. Also waking up in the middle of the night to that woman's face is kind of scary. The bed was so hard the pillows. There should be a free breakfast bar in the office area.
