Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, with several mentioning its proximity to restaurants, shops, and the seaside. However, many reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the service, citing issues such as unhelpful or unpleasant staff, unexpected extra charges, and poor communication. Cleanliness was also a concern for multiple guests, with reports of dirty linens, unpleasant odors, and generally unclean facilities. Room amenities were frequently criticized, particularly the lack of in-room televisions, insufficient towels, and shared bathrooms. While a few guests found the rooms spacious and appreciated the calm atmosphere, the overall sentiment was mixed, leaning negative due to service and cleanliness shortcomings.AI-generated from customer reviews
