Location was great and all staff I came across were very friendly and helpful
The price isn’t great for what you get. It is perfectly fine but nothing excells for the price you pay.
For a 3 star hotel it was good to stay.
The lift was broken for over a week so people had to queue up
Location is very central
One of the lifts was broken and I was staying on the top floor :(
The location was very central, the hotel had a modern style, the room had a good size. The rooms were clean, there was enough space. There were enough lights and sockets, the window could be opened and the noise from the street was only distant.
The only thing that annoyed me a bit was that the cleaning staff put my towels somewhere else, so I didn't know anymore which one was which. Only minor issues were that the plastic cups in the bathrooms were unnecessary trash and that the window was a bit small, the room thus not very bright, but ok.
The breakfast was better than I was expecting with a wider range that I thought would be offered. The staff on the front desk were friendly. The room was quiet without external noise seeping in.
The bed was less comfortable than I would have expected for the price. The bathroom area was small. The shape and fixtures made it feel like being in a train toilet. The bath/shower towels were too small
