5.0 Okay
Cons: The room smelled of vomit.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The room was cleaned.
Cons: The hotel hasn't parking ( Only a few spaces) So you have to park on the street that in the night is always full and the staff is very rude. If you go with car, reserve in other Hotel.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good - plenty of sensible choice. Coffee was good too. Location very good for easily going on and off the motorwar en route to Switzerland. A nice, restful night!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Great Breakfast - location is okay. Figuring out how the coffee machine works was a challenge . ( If I rate something - I do not want to be told I must write 2 - 3 sentences - next time I won't rate !)
Cons: Staff on duty was slow and didn't know what they were doing. Wanted to order a drink, but that in itself took almost 20 minutes. Ridiculous. that you have 2 staff members on duty when the Hotel is fully booked. I wanted to park in the underground, gave up on that because no-one answered the bell to open the security gate.
7.0 Good
Pros: The coffee
Cons: No basin soap in the bathroom. TV was too slow to respond to remote commands It didn’t have a waffle maker like the ibis in Augsburg

Pros: extra magazines to read. quite room.
Cons: breakfast staff were slow and not friendly. every morning something was missing and not served until I had to leave. very disappointed.
6.0 Good
Pros: Breakfast was ok.
Cons: Breakfast was boring. I stayed for 2 weeks. Also when the occupancy was low, they would serve left overs. The worst thing was dinner, this is the worst hotel I have lived in so far. Absolutely horrible food, without much options. Expensive for the kind of food they serve. Not much options Nothing healthy about it. They need to review their menu and add some interesting things and provide some great salad options. I won’t recommend the hotel for dinner
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was very good. It was located close to most of my family.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Clean and friendly.
Cons: Just off the motorway, easy to get back on with trip in the morning.
7.5 Good
Pros: 3rd floor were I was staying was in renovation
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly, and for the end of the day was a nice place to come back to to relax and visit with our friend. House cleaning staff worked hard to keep rooms clean. We'll definitely stay here our next visit to Rastatt. Breakfast was outstanding!! We loved it!!
Cons: It was under construction which it didn't seem like the contractors hired were doing much. We found out no room service so we had to go down each time for our coffee. When asking staff they were happy to fix a try for us so we could bring it up to our room. Not all staff knew coffee & tea were free, but that was worked out. no pool or whirlpool. Menu for lunch & dinner too expensive.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The 24 hour check in was great, we had a very bad delay to our journey and didn’t arrive until 2 am, but it wasn’t a problem
Cons: I specifically asked if the Hotel could do a vegan breakfast for us and they said yes, but this morning when we came down they said they were out of plant milk so we couldn’t have cereal or coffee

Pros: Very convenient stop from Italy to UK. Small but very comfortable room with excellent shower room. Excellent lighting in both bedroom and shower room. Near town centre yet very quiet, a good restaurant within 5 minutes walk. Parking on site.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: If you are looking for a double room with your partner - this isn't the place! Pretty much a fancy hostel! Not too far a walk to the town for some food or German beer!
Cons: That it is more of a hostel than a hotel. Hard to find your way in but nice entrance once you do. I thought I booked a room for two - i.e. a double bed for me and my wife but the room has 3 single beds in it like some sort of hostel!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had to pay when we were booking in, we normally pay when you are booking out. The breakfast was really good, parking was good, room type was good and very clean.
Cons: Early booking out time 09.00. Knocking on the door at 09.10. Although the breakfast finished at 09.30 ! We have stayed her several times, always really good.

Pros: The is a budget hotel and you get what you pay for. The staff were brilliant but we missed having air conditioning in the room. Cons: Lack of air conditioning.

Pros: It's a very nice place (big, clean room, new bathroom) and the owners are lovely. If travelling with bikes, there is a place where you can leave them without any problem. We also tried the food in the restaurant and it was delicious.
Cons: Unfortunately there was no breakfast option for us that day. However there are a couple of places nearby which are ok, even if leaving early in the morning.

Pros: All is fine
Cons: Nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very good location in centre. Friendly staff, good breakfast. Well maintained hotel, good size rooms. My wife enjoyed the massage in the spa.
Cons: The fitness room could do with a bit more equipment. Also the swimming pool was too warm for me.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the personnel was very professional and nice. the bed in the room just super comfortable. the spa was ok,but one of the two saunas was not working. we stayed there one night and it was ok but I would not spend more than one night as the facility does not justify the price.
Cons: breakfast for 28 Eur per person was just not justified. for this amount of money you would expect at least a glas of prosecco / champagne. the omelette was almost burned and the cheese sort of Lidl one. 20 eur per night for parking is just not fair.
1.0 Poor
Cons: When our family of 5 arrived to check in after a long drive from Austria. I was first told by reception that there was no record of our booking,, we all felt very unwelcome, then he could only find a booking for 3 people and not 5 people , this was despite offering to give him the booking reference number, eventually he sorted out a room for us but we needed to ask specially for the sofa bed to be made up into a bed. We were also told that the swimming pool closed at 8pm. The air conditioning in the 2 rooms did not cool down the rooms which were very hot, we tried opening the windows but there was a metallic knocking noise outside so had to close them, due to the heat it was very difficult to sleep. For a very expensive 5 star hotel in Baden Baden we all felt this was a very dissapointing stay and certainly we would not reccomend anyone staying here until the Hotel sorts out its hospitality and booking issues. The breakfast was adequate but not to the usual international hotel 5 star standard . All in all a very disappointing stay which will be remembered by my family for all of the wrong reasons.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Clean, beautiful hotel and rooms. Excellent breakfast.
Cons: Massage service was poor (we booked for 50 minutes, were charged for a longer massage and didn’t receive any information about this before commencement of the service). Small spa, not many chairs in the room to rest after using the sauna. Overpriced hotel (parking expensive, room rates are high).
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Family room was very good. Very spacious and comfortable.
Cons: Quality of breakfast was very poor. It looked nice, but actually hams and cheese were dried and also others were not tasty.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I've stayed in this hotel twice before and I can only second every word of my previous reviews, this hotel is absolutely and without a doubt designed for anyone to have absolutely the best travel experience ever! I was happy to be back and enjoy another stay in an immaculately kept - extremely spacious - room, all amenities provided. A very cosy and comfortable Kingsize bed gives you an extremely good night sleep. And when you sleep with your balcony door wide open as I do, waking up in the morning to the birds chirping in the trees outside was an extra bonus. The cleanliness of all areas of the hotel was and is impressive to say the least, starting with your own bathroom as well as the rest of the premises. The Buffet breakfast was again more than you could have hoped for, very delicious in every way ... freshly cooked eggs of your own choice, fresh Orange-juice as well as a hot & cold buffet with a wide range of excellent cold cuts, cereals, fruits, cheeses, marmelades and jams as well as freshly baked pastries, croissants, cakes etc.! The room-service was also top-notch!!! This is a place where you can see a team at work and all ready to go the extra mile to make a visitor welcome in every single way. Top marks all round and I will certainly recommend this hotel again and again. Value for money is excellent!!! Fantastic stay overall and I look forward to stay here again next March!

7.7 Good
Pros: Overall, I enjoyed the stay. Stayed in the old charming part of the hotel. Nice lobby, nice grand room by the elevators from the 'hey day' period. Relaxing on balcony was nice, small outdoor area for sunning. Large indoor pool...connects to outdoor smaller pool and jacuzzi. I would definitely visit Baden Baden again...this hotel however, I think is a bit pricey for what it is and what you get. I may opt to stay at the newer Holiday Inn Express in town next time though.
Cons: Could not schedule a massage while there. It was a Sunday. No masseurs or masseuses were working. For a Spa town, and spa environment this was quite surprising. If you plan on going here, call or email hotel first if you want to have a massage or spa services as you might be surprised once you arrive that you can't get any of that. Doors in the old part of the hotel could use some renovations/updating. Frames/doors allowed light and noise to filter through. Some of the staff could however, use some Customer service training...particularly at the front desk. I believe they have some people being trained at front desk and they did not smile or were not very knowledgeable of the town and giving any directions.
8.2 Excellent
Cons: The only minus is quality of sheets Clean but not 100 % cotton
1.0 Poor
Pros: I didn't like it: Room: 338 Superior double room with 1 bed, two mattresses and one base, the mattresses were always moving away. Air conditioning of course from the last century, the location inside the room, a very controversial decision, a lot of noise, but little sense, very noisy, sleep with this air conditioner is impossible. Noise isolation zero. There is no supply ventilation, and it is impossible to open the window due to the strong wind. There is mold in the bathrooms. The view from the window on the garden is terrible on the unkempt roof of the indoor pool, all the other rooms have a view of the road with busy traffic, the roar of motorcycles and sirens of police cars. Hotel: this is a rare case when you choose a hotel based on photos, descriptions and reviews. You compare it with alternative offers, but it turns out everything is not as it really is. We do not smoke with my wife, the hotel smokes in the rooms, on the balconies, and in the garden for recreation. This is unacceptable. There must be designated Smoking areas. The fitness room was also closed. Staff: cheated on opening a thermal pool, cheated on a Russian-Speaking Manager, cheated on a refund for going to the caracalla public thermal pool. this was not expected from Radisson! I will not recommend Radisson to anyone. Baden itself is of course magnificent.
Cons: My wife and I travel a lot around the world. To celebrate the anniversary of his wife (30 years) chose Germany and Radisson only because of the outdoor pool with thermal water (go down the robe and Slippers) On arrival 9.02 we were deceived, the Manager (English) of the hotel informed us that the thermal pool is not working today, but will work tomorrow! When booking, we were sent a message "the pool will be closed from 15.01-7.02" there were no other warnings ! The Manager recommended that you go at your own expense to the public thermal pool caracalla, which is located a kilometer from the hotel (the weather was very windy and cloudy) day 2: we went down to the SPA in the morning – we were cheated again, the pool is closed. The hotel Manager (English) was surprised at our indignation and said that (booking) we should have been warned about the closing of the pool and there is no question of any compensation, and also sent us to caracalla at our own expense, to which we demanded a Russian-Speaking Manager, he told us that come in the evening. At 16:30 as it turned out we were again deceived, the other Manager also (English) after a long inconclusive curses why the pool is still closed and there is no Russian-Speaking staff, we left. We went to caracalla, there was a very strong wind on the street for a very long time, there were a lot of people in the public pool more than 200 people, I'm not used to visiting public places where there are a lot of people, we were very uncomfortable. On the way back, we were caught in the rain, returning to the hotel, as the hotel did not provide a transfer to caracalla, I with a check from caracalla demanded a refund, the Manager gave me 32€ . The evening of the celebration of the wife's birthday was irrevocably spoiled! day 3: we went down to the SPA in the morning - we were cheated again, the pool is closed. We Packed up and left the hotel. this was not expected from Radisson!
9.1 Excellent
Pros: ++ Location is excellent Room is spacious Balcony & the view is awesome Staff is friendly Pool & spa is really amazing
Cons: - - Parking is available however for charges (15 €/night) Beds are twin not king beds
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Easy to find and convenient for all the places of interest in Baden-Baden. Also close to the pedestrian area with shops and restaurants. Large hotel but staff are friendly. Underground car park. Comprehensive buffet breakfast.
Cons: Nothing.
1.0 Poor
Pros: I loved the location. The hotel service was so bad that we only went there to sleep. Did not enjoy anything in the hotel. We choose to go other places to go to swimming pool and spa treatments! Some of the ladies at the reception were really nice!
Cons: The hotel service was a big deception. Staff from kitchen really not nice. I called to request breakfast in the room and because the lady does not understand english she was not even polite. She hang the phone in my ear! When you call to book a massage with the spa department they are really not nice, almost rude. You don't fell comfortable to ask anything. I am truly so disappointed. Just wanted a relax weekend! Certainly will never go back to that net of hotels. Even the door in my room had halls! For a 4 stars hotel! I usually access here to give nice reports of the service and this is my first time I come here to report such bad service!
5.0 Okay
Pros: Partially old styled hotel
Cons: No parking space available; only fixed menus; to many persons at diner and breakfast. Resulted in food that is not available. For the price you pay you would not expect this.
