10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The staff, particularly Michael and Luca, were phenomenal! Very cordial, with highest levels of service. We really enjoyed the thermal spa next door to the hotel, and hiking to the high castle. Katharina is the perfect hostess. Can’t say enough good things about this hotel (and we travel a lot). Pit and Nadine Martin
Cons: That we had to leave

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was in the perfect location next to the Thermal Baths. We were in the town center and lots of shopping and places to eat! Really enjoyed the cleanliness of the town and how close the hotel was to everything! Parking was easy and check in was quiet and great. The hotel is definitely a must visit! Was upgraded to a bigger room for FREE! The mini - bar was stocked and complimentary.
Cons: Everything was Great!
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable beds, unexpected and lovely included snacks, spacious room, easy underground passage to Caracalla, walking distance to core Baden Baden, pleasant staff. The best place we stayed the entire trip.
Cons: A minor thing but truly awkward for friends traveling together is the window looking directly into the shower from the bedroom. Is it supposed to be sexy? I’m not sure it would be even if I was with my spouse. Don’t let that stop you from staying here though, the place is fantastic.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Location Great breakfast with fresh juices Connected to wellness via underground
Cons: Pricy

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful property with a small river flowing through the gardens.
Cons: No coffee machine in the room.
7.5 Good
Pros: Arriving at the property was very pleasant, no hussle with parking car and receptionist was very frindly. The location in the city within the park is just spactacular, having afternoon tea or Champagne is wonderfull, also having breakfeast outside is very pleasant.
Cons: Staff in the restaurant was not efficient and we did get served wrong wine and the temparature of the wine was not satisfying, and getting sugested by the staff to put ice in the wine is not appropriate, and every wine lover will be not impressed by this. Breakfeast was disappointing, service slow and do not expect a perfect eggs benedict, it was hard boiled and not enjoyable, also the frsh fruit selection was poor. The room was small, do not expect any digital gagdes, this is very old style rooms and the wall paper is very colorfull and interesting. Bathroom need to be redone, in such a small bathroom having a bath, is not up to any standards and was mmy biggest disapoinment in the Hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Cons: Unfortunately the pool was not very clean. I used the pool two non-consecutive days and the same small pieces of trash was in the pool each time. I wonder why it was not checked frequently.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything! This place is honestly a hidden gem!! The breakfast matches in quality a 5* hotel, the staff is super nice and very attentive, the house is typically decorated and very genuine with a particular taste for cars scattered around the place, we very much enjoyed a friendly cat strolling around the property and the details (tips for events, workshops in the afternoon, a cake on arrival).. we didn't have enough time to explore it all, but we will be back in the summer to enjoy the nature ! Enjoy :)
Cons: The bed wasn't super comfortable and the bathroom is a bit outdated
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Super location and facilities. The hosts and staff are professional and kind. Homy hotel yet classy and cosy. Close to both Baden-Baden and Gaggenau but in the middle of the forest. Restaurant is excellent and fairly priced with delicious local trout specialties. Breakfast is literally amazing. Kudos to the owners who make this place a pearl, and precious romantic getaway. Will recommend AND COME BACK .
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location staff and the Breakfast
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good bed and decent shower. Complimentary fruit and water in the room upon arrival was a nice touch. Great breakfast! Very large selection of breads, pretzels, meats, cheeses, spreads, fruits, fish... Eggs made to your liking. Great atmosphere with all the wood and red carpets, really felt at ease here.
Cons: Parking was pretty full upon arrival, I managed to get the last free spot. It is probably better when the restaurant is not filled with people. Arriving a quarter before ten it took some time before someone arrived to help at the reception. I had not read that I should ask in the restaurant. Some notice about that at the reception or someway to notice someone (like a bell or something) would have been nice.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast, Nice rooms very friendly staff
Cons: -

Pros: Grand schloss but rooms in modernised annexe well appointed
7.0 Good
Pros: The food was good overall, breakfast above average (for Germany) and friendly staff.
Cons: Unfortunately, the cleanliness inside the room was bellow average, the Wi-Fi was not working, the rooms were very small and outside the Castle itself but in a simple side building. Most importantly, the owners were very rude and made us feel very unwelcome.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff were great. Even let us check in early. Bed was comfortable there is a Michelin rated restaurant on site, but we opted for the small Romerkeller across the street. Great food and atmosphere.
Cons: WiFi didn’t work. Had to stand in the hall by my door to get any signal. No hair drier. Breakfast did have hot eggs but for the money, was very basic. It just seemed like the restaurant was the main concern and the hotel just an after thought.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very welcoming and helpful. Room was comfortable and clean. Location good for centre of town and attractions. Also very close to 216 bus stop (Bismarkstrasse) from train station. Minibar with a few soft drinks and 2 beers was complimentary. WiFi was very good even on the second floor.
Cons: Only one TV channel in English which was basically just news.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff is very welcoming and friendly. This hotel looks like a small family hotel, cozy and homely. The hotel is located in a mansion with a small terrace and free parking for 3 cars in front of the hotel. The welcome coffee was very tasty and we appreciated it. Breakfast was also very good and you can say everything is cooked at home. The hotel is decorated in the style of Greece. I liked the location most of all, the hotel is located 10 minutes walk from the center. Nearby is the city center, famous baths, museums, casinos, shops and restaurants.
Cons: We did not like the outdated hotel facilities. The flooring creaks, but this is not critical, it seems that you are in an old estate or mansion. Wardrobe, handles, shelves, everything is battered by time.
1.0 Poor
Pros: The parking in the hotel has enough spaces - the only advantage of the hotel.
Cons: The worst hotel I saw in Germany. The room was in very poor repair, the wallpaper turned yellow because of age and peeled off in some places, the shower cabin door was broken. It was disgusting to touch the curtain on the bathroom window. It felt like in a cheap motel. Breakfast looked good, but we didn't take it. The one thing that was good, it's complimentary wine that we've got during check-out.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A lovely stay. A charming hotel full of character run by an extremely friendly couple who take great care to ensure their guests are comfortable. Super breakfast. Recommended!
Cons: Slightly soft beds
9.0 Excellent
Pros: - Exceptional customer service - Friendly staff, very attentive and helpful - Extremely clean - Room comes with toiletries (even razor and toothbrush) - Spacious - Neighbourhood is very quiet. - In close proximity to town centre - Free mini bar in the room (Soft drink, water, beer) - Affordable restaurant and bar - Fresh, homemade breakfast
Cons: The fridge in the room is a bit noisy in the evening. Also the toilet sometimes flushes itself. It's more of a noise issue at times, but not a deal breaker.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly. Clean room
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is perfectly situated just out of the main streets, which allows for a lovely walk through the park into the centre of Baden-Baden. The staff are incredibly friendly and gave us great local tips & even a bottle of wine for Christmas. The rooms are styled very sweetly with flowered wallpaper and very low beds. A must visit in Baden-Baden is the old baths.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great attitude from stuff
7.4 Good
Cons: Nice hotel. It’s not the Brenner’s but good value for the price.

Cons: Unfortunately there was no breakfast option for us that day. However there are a couple of places nearby which are ok, even if leaving early in the morning.

Pros: we stayed one night with my Parents in St Bernhard. Very quite clean gut rooms and good location. They have very good breakfast with fruits musli, chees, marmalade and breads (per person 9€ )
Cons: If you want to ask someone there is no one there to answer you.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It’s definitely very clean here, quite place with perfect renovation It’s located 10 min on foot from the Rastaat railway station which makes its extremely easy to go to any other place in the area. Will definitely recommend this place.
Cons: Due to our late check in we haven’t been properly informed about the breakfast fee which has been presented by the hotel as the one free of charge. No one notified and mentioned anything about the fee which at the check out resulted in receptionist woman asking us how many times we had breakfast, so that they could charge 40€ extra for that. Thankfully, one of the employee was speaking English, so we could explain the situation even though it took us some nerves and time, I can emphasize the professionalism of employee handling with this issue. Be careful when you check in late and be sure to ask all the fees before check in)
8.3 Excellent
Cons: Reception not opened 24 hours which of course I was awared but it’s one of disadvantage.

Pros: We had to pay when we were booking in, we normally pay when you are booking out. The breakfast was really good, parking was good, room type was good and very clean.
Cons: Early booking out time 09.00. Knocking on the door at 09.10. Although the breakfast finished at 09.30 ! We have stayed her several times, always really good.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The place was clean. The ceilings are high. Parking is free. The internet is free. The building is historic (The building was a former Catholic school for priests. So there is a Bible in each room and a big cross over the door.). The rooms are wide enough. Check-in and check-out are as easy and innovative as possible.
