10.0 Excellent
Pros: Absolutely incredible! We stayed in 'The Sultan' room and I have to say, our expectations were well exceeded and then some. The location was simple enough to find, and the staff greeted us warmly with tea and snacks. The room itself is phenomenal. The large bed and the interior of the room are gorgeously decorated. It has a separate bathroom and an additional upstairs bathing room. The rooftop terraces were great to relax on. The location was great for exploring and there are tons of places to eat on the main way, a single street over from the property. Rabat was more relaxed and enjoyable for shopping compared to several other cities throughout Morocco. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Rabat.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This is a very nicely restored riad in a good location in the Medina. A little on the pricey side for Morocco, we enjoyed it nevertheless- worth the cost! We got to stay in two different rooms; both were very nice, La Belle Endormie was our favorite. The owner, Anne Sophia and staff were very kind and welcoming, attending to our every need. Breakfast was wonderful; we heard from others how good dinner was- we tried a couple of other places. If you come to Morocco, you should go the Rabat. If you go to Rabat, you should stay here!
Cons: Shower drains were a little slow...
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was the best Dar I have ever stayed in. I was extremely comfortable- it was super clean
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The two women running the hotel were fantastically friendly. The moment we entered from the front door, the whole place was smelling soap which was amazing. The fact that each room had its own name such as ‘sleeping beauty’, ‘the sultan’ gives you an idea what kind of room you will be staying in. The architecture of the room reflected the Moroccan style perfectly with its tiles, bed and furnishings. The breakfast was perfect, different kinds of jams, bread, coffee, tea. The location of the hotel is also really good, 20 minute walk from the train station, lots of places to eat around it. There are plenty if space that you can sit and watch the rooftops at sunset or sunrise. We liked the hotel almost more than the city, would definitely recommend. And to top it all of, the price is really affordable compared to what you get for your money. If we ever come back to Rabat sometime in future, we would not look for anywhere else.
Cons: There wasn’t anything we did not like.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Engaging & enchanting from beginning to end. Delightful reception from very helpful staff. Best Riad we've found in Morocco by some way. I'd give it ten out of ten. Can't recommended it too highly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was brilliant, the hosts were lovely and keen to help me practice my Arabic. They also gave us good recommendations for food. The roof terrace was beautiful and peaceful, and it was in a good location.

Cons: Unluckily, we didn’t have towels until 19:00 because there had been a problem with the company that provides them. However, this was not a problem for us as we decided to have a drink while we waited in one of their lounges, which was an excellent experience due to the wonderful ambiance.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This Riad is very nice. The welcome tea comes in a pot rather than a just a cup, so that we could spend some time in the center yard while enjoying the tea and delicious cookies. Location is easy to find and close to a parking lot (3 Euro/day). The staff is very nice. A pleasant stay.
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent

Cons: The morning coffee
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a mint tea and some beautiful bouquet on the table. Breakfast was delicious. Funny addition - the owner has a cat, which walks free around the rooms. In the morning she was sitting in the bathroom at our sink and watched us how we wash teeth :D The owner is really nice guy.
Cons: The rooms are quite dark and the staircase is really narrow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The most charming hotel experience of our lifetime. Large, comfortable, beautiful room with handsome furnishing. Staff extremely welcoming. Dinner and breakfast excellent.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: This little jewel was located right in the heart of the Rabat Madina. Full of character and what topped it off was the superb hospitality of the owner and staff. Worth every penny!
Cons: Nothing - it was great!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was enchanting, typical Moroccan fare in an exceptionally beautiful environment
1.0 Poor
Pros: Basically everything nice, but...
Cons: Our daughter had an accent in our room caused by an unsafe window falling down on her after an employee of the Riad tried to close it. While the owner said that his insurance would cover the cost of a medical examination to exclude brain damage, he never provided the address of the insurance - looks like he never had one and we have to cover the cost ourselves. Unacceptable!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent breakfast and dinner service. Staff and owners are extremely lovely people. It was really fantastic experience.
Cons: Location is quite strange for first time coming.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This was the pick of all our stays in Morocco - we loved it here. Jan and Rachid are exceptional hosts, full of information and tips to make our stay as fabulous as it was. My adult daughter and I shared the beautiful Mango Suite, my adult son had the stunning Chefchaouen Suite, my girlfriend the gorgeous Arabian Suite - all on the same floor. Breakfasts and dinners were exquisite in taste and presentation. My in-house massages were fabulous and the Hamman experience opposite this wonderful Riad was an experience not to be missed.
3.8 Mediocre
Pros: There is not much that I like about this place. Really think it is overrated.
Cons: 1. Accessibility. There is no way to park close to the riad. First day it took us 1 hour extra to get there. The owner never told us in advance, there is no way to get there by car but only on foot. In a good weather day, it might be not a big deal, just pass through some dirty streets, but in a rainy day, it is very very very dirty to your shoes and suit case rolling on the floor. But watch out when you walk there in the night. Did not feel very safe. 2. Noisy. You can hear what is from the street, talks and motorbike even in the night, 24/7. As well as what is happening inside the riad. 3. Communication. Besides the owner who is not there mostly, it is very hard to communicate with the staff there.
6.3 Good
Pros: The stuff speak very good English and very friendly
Cons: The facility is old and location is not so good

4.2 Okay
Pros: garden only
Cons: The staff incompetent and lack of clear communication I was given a room where the Ac was working but most old fashion old Ac as I wanted cold air and I hit nothing , so I asked to fix, nothing could be fixed I hardly slept and was very uncomfortable, then they moved me to another room and it happened again and realised it’s the rubbish AC, so I didn’t sleep well for the whole stay is the truth. Then I ordered coffee in my room which never arrived and I was getting late and left for my meeting without informing the staff, this was frustrating as it was. Then I book a Hammam in spa and no body explained from the spa staff spa Jay had to wait if there was delays as I had dinner reservations which caused me inconvenience and we lost our dinner booking, as I had to WAIT 25 min the only good thing was the lovely Hammam girl who did me naseema. Then lastly the worst of all, I booked my spa on Saturday 12pm as it was my last check out date and I wanted to spend it like this, however I had business emergency in Uk which is where I am from and travelled, I had to change my flights to Saturday morning, and bare in mind this spa service was on offer 50% they said because it timings so I made the call from my room to the Spa to say can I have it Friday evening, and I had training class which finishes 6pm I kid my ask my master teacher can I leave early at 5pm and with difficulty she did; and dropped me off herself telling me it is one of the best; I made sure I confirmed on the phone to the spa staff if the deal stands valid half price and it was a yes .
7.4 Good
Pros: The staff is amazingly friendly - the Hotel is in a perfect location with a lovely garden The restaurants are excellent.
Cons: There is no communication between the different entities in Hotel. So things go wrong (like with us - we had to change rooms twice in a three night visit AND EVEN then we did not get what we asked for but we just gave up, It was either that or letting it ruin our vacation. We got a room with no shower - then we got one with a shower but with a flooded toiletfloor which could have killed as I slipped when entering during the night. Then room nr. 3 AGAIN had no shower and a Light that had the 200V on the metal so when you touched it you felt the current. The Hotel is a bit tired It used to be HILTON. It needs a makeover. As I said, we gave up but will not return as the staff just sail how sorry they were but never ever considered maybe making it up by offering a better room. We stayed it the same poor ailse of room 701-730. Dismal experience.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is superb liked the cleanliness of it as well.
Cons: Small details counts like for instance I stayed for 2 nights the first night I was tired went to sleep early hoping for the next day to get to the night club to my surprise I found out that the club was closed on Sunday when I asked why it's closed they told me it's the end of summer starting from now the club will always close on Sunday while I read on their room catalogue that it will be open which means they should have updated their catalogue .. I was kinda mad at first but the so nice shisha lounge was great it made me relaxed it's a five star hotel for god's sake they should be always updating their catalogues whenever the season ends ... And the gallery service is quiet slow especially when I ordered the food the French fries always served late ....
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, very clean and the view is amazing

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Sanaa at the front desk was the best aspect of our experience. She was warm, courteous, well informed, and helpful at every opportunity.

Pros: The hotel was clean, welcoming and nicely quirky. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were functional even and styled in line with the age of the location - It was nice to not be in a standard bedroom
Cons: We specifically chose to stay in the median but would have liked if the hotel was a bit closer to the main road. This view was largely influenced by the fact that it rained and we got soaked.

Pros: The hosts were extremely gracious despite a 4:00 am departure for the airport. The room was cozy and warm and the riad is located in the heart of the Old Médina. I definitely plan to return!
7.5 Good
Pros: The Riad is small but nice, in the Medina, not far from the most important places. Very good position.
Cons: We discovered that the tour with the guide had been canceled only once we arrived in the Riad; perhaps being the 1st of January the guide decided not to work...but this is not professional. Riad perhaps should have find another guide.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: To whom would like to experience the down town life in Rabat this the best facility where you will feel home. Waleed manager of the facility will make sure to provide you the needed assistant inside and outside the facility.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Bed was comfortable
Cons: The pictures for this property must be quite old and we did not see any bedroom that matched the pictures. This Riad needs a make over and a complete clean. Breakfast was not consistent and the kitchen was very dirty. Also at night when there were groups having dinner downstairs the voices would travel up and it was difficult to get to sleep.
