Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city and access attractions. The breakfast receives high marks for variety and quality, and many mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. Several reviews highlight spacious rooms as a positive. However, cleanliness is a recurring issue, with numerous complaints about stained carpets, outdated furnishings, and insufficient bathroom cleaning. While some appreciate the historic charm and atmosphere, others feel the hotel is overdue for renovation. Overall, the positives are the location, breakfast, and service, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement.
