Friendly staff! And I LOVED the chalkboard paint on the doors, the chandeliers in the outdoor common areas and the recycle and trash bins. The beds and pillows were comfy too. I also really appreciated that there was a number you could text to reach someone at the front desk - it was helpful in trying to set up late check out without leaving the room. Within walking distance of some great bars, restaurants (Sizzle Pie!) and concert venues (45East). Overall, I would definitely recommend and will be staying there again.
The parking was a bit of a gamble, we found an amazing street parking space for the weekend (no meter pay!) but otherwise we would have needed to use valet for $30+ a night.
The cleanliness, location and aesthetics
For that price, amenities could have been much better. No coffee or iron in the room, and lighitng was very dim. Very loud (but to be expected as it is almost attached to music venue)
If you like to party and don't mind the noise outside of the hotel - you may like this place. Hotel is right next door to bars, restaurants and clubs
although Hotel has NO SMOKING policy, our room had sstrong smell of tabacco
Very clean. Friendly and helpful staff.
Room was very small. Valet parking was only option and over priced.
Cool place, very trendy and fun
The lounge next door opens at 7am, with extremely loud music.
