The pool was large and warm with a hot tub connected. There was a spacious and complimentary room for our hockey team to relax in. The staff were very responsive and professional.

The Doubletree exceeded my expectations from start to finish. Cons (-) Noise level being that it sits directly under the Blue Water Bridge and directly off the water were lots of freighters pass by blowing their loud horns. Then again, I didn't mind it personally. It gave the trip character. But if my goal was to sleep in, this would not have been a good choice.
