Good stay. Easy freeway access. Nice facilities. Outdoor pool is a plus. Breakfast was basic and on the level of standard highway hotel food. The room was nice, big shower!

Pros (+) The housekeeper who was working on the 3rd floor thanksgiving morning was so incredibly sweet. I don’t remember her name, but she made the nicest comment to my boyfriend about his hair and it made his day. She is a gem. You have a great staff!

Cons (-) Found a dry washcloth hanging on the shower head. The bathtub drain was blocked. Found a hair in the bed and the sheets were wrinkled-we don’t think they were changed. Also found a partial six pack of beer in the small fridge. This place was terrible and we were glad to leave...
Pros (+) Kids loved the pool. Staff helpful and friendly. Booked three rooms for family. Mother-in-law loved her ADA accessible room.

Pros (+) I was there to visit ISU with my daughter, we shared a room had a great experience. The room was very clean & the breakfast was so good the next morning. They had scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, muffins & choice of juice or milk.
