Travelling in transit to USA or Australia .You have to reclaim your luggage at Gate 4 in secure area.atbzTerminal 2 in Manila .Claim your bags and open them so a gun shot residue test. Close all cases and return to Phillipines Airline staff. I had the misfortune to go to Mabuhay Business Class on my journey to US A it's a disaster full of passengers so small 2 main rooms tiny.Food provided was terrible 3 empty trays ,had to eat a cheese and tomato sandwich only thing left. Drinks were cold and alcohol served at a bar which was staffed by Phillipine staff. Toilets were not clean.All departure areas in Terminal 2 are a bun fight. Staff are not consistent with carry on luggage.A guy in economy came on board with 5 large carry on items.Many paxs had 2-3 carry on bags.No room in overhead lockers , the time it takes pax to get these bags into overhead lockers holds up boarding .Further xray of carry on luggage is at entrance to Departure area.Very little space to sit on outside dept gate,Terminal 2 at Manila airport should be avoided at all cost.Staff on aircraft were pleasant.
Everything about the flight and crew was amazing. They were helpful, courteous, responsive, and friendly. I lost my air pods in the seat and they took their time finding them, all with a smile on their faces. The food was good, drinks plentiful. The only minus was that my entertainment module was not working, but I was offered miles, which was lovely. Mabuhay Philippine Airlines!
I love Philippine Airlines but I hate Kayak ieagle agency. I’m unable to rebook a flight. Very inconvenient, will not purchase again with Kayak.
Flight was postponed and delayed multiple times and I did not appreciate it. Good thing I ate before I left the house or I would have starved.
I had a connection to make to get back to the east coast and set it up so I had 3.5 hours layover to make the flight. PAL changed the departure time from the Philippines by 2 hours so then I only had 1.5 hours to get off the plane, get through customs and immigration, get my luggage, walk to the domestic terminal, check in for my flight, get through security and to my gate in time to catch my flight. Impossible, especially since I was seated in row 66. An angel of mercy, otherwise known as a stewardess who I shared my problem with, moved me up to business class just before we landed. I only had a backpack so I was up when the seat belt sign went off, third off the plane, first through customs (I am old but I can still jog) and made it to my flight on time. No thanks to PAL for changing the schedule which caused me tons of stress for days before and on the flight. Thanks to the dear stewardess who made it possible to catch my flight. I don't know her name be she is my PAL nominee for employee of the year.

Three hours in a cold transfer room with no water or food and with our passports taken is unacceptable. This was unacceptable customer treatment and may very well result in us never flying PAL again. Nobody would give us answers and nobody would fetch a supervisor to resolve our numerous complaints.
boarding was 1 hour late, crowded, disorganized and no communication!!! understaffed for 20+ wheelchairs the only black eye on an otherwise great flight

I reserved a seat on the flight , but when I tried to check in 24 hours early, I saw I had no reserved seat. I paid $50 dollars for a reserved seat and it apparently was never reserved for me through budget air..... then I had to pay again to reserve another seat, different from the one I initially reserved.
luggage was lost!!!! I'm on vacation without any clothes
there were several of us who had our luggage lost. and I've been without any clothes or shoes for 2 days now.
They switched the plane out and plane was 3 hours delayed. Sounds like it is an on going scenario with PAL.
They cancelled both of the flights and could not offer options to match the connecting flights that already for my final destination. Requested to cancel and reimburse them but got no replies so far
Cancelled flights with out notice, PAL airline bad service,to long stop over in Canada Vancouver and asked to my self never again ride Philippine airlines sorry

Absolutely amazing service in business class. Food was excellent! The angle lie flat seats were very comfortable, i had no trouble sleeping. The blankets looked abit worn out but they were clean and comfortable. Great experience!
Wonderful flight staff! Awesome service and the food was definitely business class quality! However the angle lie flat seats are way beneath what everyone expects on 15 hour flights, the blanket was adequate but looks old, not fresh. No ear plugs in the amenity kit…glad i had my own.

The plane sat for over an hour after we were all boarded and caused us to be near an hour and a half late. I missed my next flight. Total cost o f missing flight: New flight $289 Old flight $377 Two nights lodging as there was not other flight for 2 days $309 Taxi $50 to and from airport Food for 2.5 days $175 Time involved priceless I live only on social security which all the above expenses equal one month income
I liked the lounge. The boarding was horrible. We were also delayed by an hour. They called business class up first too and didn’t even board us.
