The serving and kitchen staff at the continental breakfast were so friendly and helpful. They also proved a great breakfast and it's complimentary. Every staff member I encountered were helpful and polite.
Clean, comfortable, friendly staff. Great location for conferences. Free bottled water and cold towels were highly appreciated during the summer heat wave.
They checked me in early and we're so very accommodating
mini bar; breakfast; go bags
Located next door to a halfway house for addicts, homeless people laying and sitting on the sidewalk all around the building, no secure parking area within ??? miles, staff totally unresponsive to questions about safety for guests and their vehicles. We left and went to another Hampton located in Vineland approximately 30 miles away due to the safety issues. Somone from your organization has to contact me as we did call your 800 number and got somebody in India that said they could not help us. I want you to refund us our money and if I have to take a full page ad in all major newspapers advising people what kind of service you provide I will. Staff was very to me and my girlfriend we had a great time it was her birthday weekend and the staff at the hotel gave her a birthday cup cake and ice cream really nice of them Julian
Full breakfast was pretty good and included in the price of the room. Good price for close to Center City, Chinatown, Market East.
I booked the room through Kayak.com and paid for it through them. Hampton Inn put an extra $50 on my credit card without telling me as a hold against additional charges. That's fair, but I should have been informed of this. Bathroom fan was noisy, bathroom sink was slow draining, pillows are too soft for our taste.
Friendly staff. Good location I. The center of city. Near restaurants ferry bars historical area etc.
Additional fee for parking. No refrigerator. Staff not knowledgeable of th surrounding area.
Great hospitality, clean and modern hotel in a great area. 25$ a day parking but you can enter and exit as you please, decent price because in the area it's 25-40$ a day with no in and out privileges. Worth every penny IMO. Great hotel.
