Pros (+) After reading some of the reviews, I was skeptical about booking. Don't be. The room was nice and the view was amazing. The front desk staff were very accommodating when I asked to switch to a room with a king on the view side. And the price was right. When I return in three weeks, I'm staying here again.
Pros (+) Very dog friendly, quiet, good food and beer. Overall a great value for your money.
