Pros (+) Breakfast was worth the price. Staff was extremely helpful and knowledgable.
Cons (-) Bathroom door in room was not square, so was hard to open and clise, it would get stuck and take a little effort to open it.

Pros (+) Booked a room online with another hotel and upon arrival it was the most disgusting place i have ever seen!!! Thankfully my daughter back home was able to find us a new reservation within minutes. What a relief!!!! i was very happy to have a nice clean room and excellent customer service!!
