Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and proximity to town, making it convenient for travelers. However, there are widespread complaints about poor cleanliness, with many noting dirty rooms, bathrooms, and bedding. Service is frequently described as unsatisfactory, with reports of unhelpful staff, lack of basic amenities, and misleading advertising regarding breakfast and room features. Room sizes are often considered small and cramped, and the breakfast service receives negative feedback for quality and misleading inclusions. While a few guests mention friendly staff and value for money, the overall sentiment is negative due to maintenance, cleanliness, and service shortcomings.
