Pros (+) The room smelled fresh every time you walked in. We stayed in a smoking room.
Cons (-) The was no toilet seat, shampoo or conditioner. The bedding had burn holes in it. The mattress springs were broken and the bed sqeaked every time you moved. The mattress, the bedding and the seat in the window were all stained. The water was also shut off for awhile.
