Cleanliness Mice on room I booked 2 rooms for me and my children and sent email to please them to get rooms next to each others and got promise to be so But it were away from each other
Good location & price. All around decent Hotel. However beds were not clean.
A black hair was underneath my pillow. I have blonde hair so it definitely wasn’t mine. Gross.
I stay there many times a year. Rooms very comfortable and the restaurant/bar downstairs very good.
Had to leave early. The hotel was closing for now because of the virus.
House keeping were very helpful and caring
When I first arrived I had issues with my bank and its security on my accounts which caused issues with payment initially. The young lady was not very helpful or interested to look for solutions and I felt she was happy for me to head back out onto the street ?? The young man , (somewhat quite mannered )was exceptional in being proactive and offering a solution
Room was very comfortable.
Was nervous using over-bath shower.
