Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, with many highlighting the quality of service at reception and throughout their stay. The breakfast was frequently described as good or excellent, with a varied selection and high quality. Parking was seen as a major plus, with both surface and underground options available and easy access for drivers. The location received mixed feedback: while some found it convenient for metro access and quiet, others noted it was far from city attractions or dining. Cleanliness was generally acceptable, though a few guests reported issues with insects or bathroom cleanliness. Overall, the positives of service, breakfast, and parking stood out most.
