9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location and landscape the staff was very nice.
Cons: We needed more fire wood and kept calling and they never answered so we drove back to the office and found several staff members there so we asked for firewood and they told us they would bring it to our cabin. Unfortunately they never brought it and they never picked up the phones we called since 7 pm and gave up at 10 pm. My recommendation is to make sure you have plenty of firewood and don’t relay on them bro find you any later. It could ruin your stay by being cold.

The Parroquia de San Cristobal Church is 4 minutes’ walk from the hotel and Guadalajara can be reached in a 2-hour drive.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Near to downtown good location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Estella, who is the actual owner's Mom, is the main employee and just about the sweetest person on Earth. She brought us some kind of homemade confection she had made herself once we were settled in--killer delicious--and when she discovered I had left my phone there she called the bus station to tell the ticket clerk, so she could tell me. Staying here is like staying at your Grandma's when you were little--you just feel taken care of.
Cons: The shower in the closet called the bathroom had nearly zero water pressure, emitted only a weak mist, and a cold one at that. My daughter braved it as long as she could, then washed here hair in the sink, which oddly had hot water. The shower was so ridiculous she even took a video of it.
