Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly criticize the hotel's cleanliness, describing rooms as dirty, poorly maintained, and unhygienic, with several mentioning issues like dust, stains, and lack of basic amenities. Some reviews also highlight negative experiences with staff and service, including unhelpful or rude interactions and unresolved booking issues. However, a few guests appreciate the hotel's central location, affordable pricing, and the friendliness of some staff members. Overall, while the location and value are noted as positives, the poor cleanliness and inconsistent service are major concerns.
