Pros (+) Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Was close to my early morning appt.
Cons (-) Overwhelming smell of pine sol that despite the window being open when we got there wouldn't go away. Furnishings are old and in poor condition. Coffee pot was missing the tray to put the coffee pod in so couldn't even make a cup in t he morning. Ironing board was falling apart and difficult to use.

Cons (-) Entrances were wide open all day and all night which allows anyone off the street to be directly in the client hallways and have full access without restrictions which puts the clients in immediate risk. Elevator would be nice. Very dirty and in need of repair on most of the entire surfaces in room particularily the night tables and desk. Shower curtains had black mold stains? 2 servings of creame...
