Pros (+) Staff was very friendly and helpful even for a late arrival. They helped me get something to eat even if it was very basic due to the late hour. They explained well the challenges with parking and apologised for the unfinished parking garage. They even helped me get a minimal breakfast before departing in the morning. Bed was comfortable and room was of good size.
Cons (-) There was no Late Night Room Service menu. The refrigerator was broken so my own food was ruined in the morning. Breakfast started at 7:30, very late for traveling guests. Parking was dicey to say the least since even though no proper parking was available there was the possibility of parking tickets. The staff did offer to come and check that the car was in a "safe" spot.
