Cons: After paying through kayak.. the staff re charged me, not once but TWICE. getting a refund has been the hardest thing. Its now a week latet and still no refund. The staff seemed very incompitent and rude. I woyldnt stay at this jotel again if it was the last one in michigan. A total let down... customer service is the most important thing and this hotel doesnt have that.
