Pros (+) The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in the center of Lisbon, and the business district. Parking was difficult, but the staff happily assisted us with parking by the hotel, and driving directions. The room had a glass sliding door to a small balcony. Cons (-) The bed was small for a double, and the mattress quality could be improved. The size of the room and bathroom was functional, but very small. A lot of furniture was in a small space, and door to bathroom could not be opened fully.
