Pros (+) The hotel was very clean and the grounds are very well kept up. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and accommodating. The elevator was out of service and they took the time to call me before my stay to let me know and gave me the option to cancel without fees. I was ok with using the stairs so I did not cancel and I am so happy I didn't! I was impressed that they took the time to call all of...
