Summary of reviews

Guests say
Many guests were dissatisfied with the hotel, especially due to the consistently broken pool and hot tub, cleanliness issues like dirty carpets and unpleasant odors, and tight or inconvenient parking. However, several reviews highlighted the hotel's good location near the beach and local attractions, and some guests appreciated the breakfast offerings and found the beds comfortable. Staff friendliness was mixed, with some positive mentions but also reports of rudeness. Overall, positives centered on location and breakfast, while negatives included maintenance, cleanliness, and amenities.

Pros (+) The hotel was very clean and the grounds are very well kept up. The staff was wonderful and very helpful and accommodating. The elevator was out of service and they took the time to call me before my stay to let me know and gave me the option to cancel without fees. I was ok with using the stairs so I did not cancel and I am so happy I didn't! I was impressed that they took the time to call all of...
Cons (-) I cannot think of anything I disliked.
