Pros (+) Spacious room, very close to train station (for cinque terre) and lots of shops & restaurants. Friendly greeting, quick and easy check-in, but you do need to arrange a time to meet (no reception). Quiet room, even though on busy square.
Cons (-) Bathroom is clean but there's some discoloration in the corners and the grouting in the shower is stained. Time to refresh & update soon. Area isn't 'pretty' but felt lively and safe. Note - this is a room, not a hotel! No hotel facilities. No problem if you know what to expect.
