Overview

We will provide you with a warm English atmosphere in the heart of Karuizawa. When not experiencing our homemade foods and English beers, enjoy listening to music on our record player, have a read by the fire, or step out onto the deck for some bird watching. When you've done all that, you can enjoy a drink at our bar whilst having a friendly chat with us!

Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, as well as its charming British-inspired atmosphere and decor. Cleanliness and room comfort were also highlighted positively. However, several guests mentioned issues with bed comfort, particularly pillow height, and some found the hotel to be noisy due to thin walls or noise from other guests. Despite minor drawbacks, the overall experience was very positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
