We were trapped in the plane for 3 hours without A/C until crew decided we had to leave the plane so that maintenance could work on a computer issue. No A/C in a 90degree weather was inhumane. People were screaming and wanted to leave. It was very claustrophobic and unhealthy. When entering the airport again, we had to pass security all over again, take off shoes, and wait in an endless line to get $12 for food. With no news on when plane was leaving. Plane took off almost 6 hours later. It was unbearable.
Give reasons for delays, and have more efficient boarding system. It shouldn’t take half an hour to get to group F.
Absolutely love that passengers have their own electronic charging port on the plane. The seats are also comfortable
There was no Wifi or tv usage as they were non-functioning. This is the reason I book with JetBlue.
3.5 hour delay
Entertainment interrupted by long sales speech for JetBlue credit card. Keep it short and do it when you make the announcement about earphones and blankets, not when passengers are nearing the end of movies.
Surly flight attendants need attitude adjustment for sure; destroys the experience and leaves lasting impression.
Pros: Efficient boarding, ample under seat space, smooth & quick flight Cons: dated entertainment system kept glitching, no in seat electricity, small overhead bins, WiFi connectivity issues, no crew in the aisle to help police traffic assist with overstuffed bags, gate agents were nice but also bad about baggage. Waited nearly 30 at Newark before getting off the plane because of a jet bridge issue.
See my comments made in first leg of flight…those comments should have been listed here.
Customer service when boarding could have been much better in Ft. Lauderdale.
Checking a bicycle was terrible.
Better communication announcing gate changes and delays.
More food options and more movie options
It’s all good
Our flight attendant had no interest in her job.
The TV interface needs an upgrade. Stop putting the controls on the arm rest. Hard to rest arm without interfering with viewing. I'm totally cool with no TV at all but it's pretty annoying to have the screen interact with elbows
Easy and organized.
I liked how fast our baggage was there at baggage claim. I do not like the haphazard way of leaving the plane.
Flight was delayed by a half hour out of Boston. DIRECTV did not work during the entire flight. The middle bathroom became nonfunctional halfway through the flight. The stewards and stewardesses made one pass through the plane during the entire six hour flight. This was an overall mediocre flight. Also, myPreviously selected seat assignments for my wife and myself were canceled and I had to pay an upgrade of $139 each and order to avoid middle seatsBecause of the change in airplanes
Leg room and free WiFi on Board
Friendly and fast boarding, friendly and helpful crew
Darrel a Flight attendant did have on his full uniform. He was horrible and kicked a lady off the plane for not know her seat. The lady explain the person she was traveling with had her ticket. The lady who had the ticket told him where the woman he was questioning belonged. He still kicked her off the plane
The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our seats. It was a very hot flight. Otherwise service was mediocre compared with the stellar flight crew we had on flight 149 on the 21st.
The flight was running late and one of the flight members was rude and rushing the passengers as if it was our fault that the flight was delayed. Better customer service is at the top of the list.
One crew member was a bit rude but flight was amazing. Pilot was awesome!!
Flight was cancelled with little to no explanation.
Requested wheel chair assistance for my mother and because there was only one person for 3 people. I ended wheeling my mom myself . Not happy
I was told by passenger that I must change to aisle seat because her baby car seat had to be by window. I specifically request window seats and though I am happy to accommodate others when I can, i pick window seat for a reason, isnt it made known to passengers what seat they need when traveling with children? also, i feel this should have been addressed by flight assistant with options for me or her and baby, not the passenger. Although the flight assistant did come by and give her a thumbs up, nothing was said to me by flight team.
