Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location and accessibility to public transport, shopping, and restaurants, making it a convenient choice for travelers. Some found the staff friendly and helpful, especially for luggage storage and late flights. However, many reviews highlighted significant issues with cleanliness, including dirty rooms, bed bugs, and poor bathroom hygiene. Noise from other guests and thin walls was a common complaint, as was poor service, including overbooking, miscommunication, and unhelpful staff. Value for money was mixed, with some guests feeling it was a good budget option, while others felt it did not meet expectations due to the negative aspects.AI-generated from customer reviews
