Pros: The staff was the hallmark, no request too difficult or too mundane. And all cheerfully met. The hotel is an extreme value for the money. 4 star facility and location with 5 star service for a 3 star price. A small comment from my wife about a camera phone's memory being full was met with, "we can burn a CD for you." When the CD and phone were returned 5 minutes later, her comment of, "if only I had a laptop with a CD player so I could review all the photos I took," was met with, we can have housekeeping install a DVD player in your room for you. When we returned to a room, literally 9 minutes later, there was the DVD player installed and ready to go.
Cons: During the first night, we had a street view room, and being a Saturday night, there was quite of bit of traffic noise that could be heard in the room. At breakfast early the next morning, the waitress asked how did we sleep? We mentioned the traffic noise. WIthin 3 minutes the hotel manager came and changed our room to a garden view.

Pros: -Cleanliness -pool -location
Cons: -There was a creepy man that was paid to supervise the pool area. He made various different women uncomfortable including my wife. -very loud at night.

Pros: The views looking out over the pool to the rice fields beyond are great. The triple with balcony is spacious for 3 adults and a toddler. The cafe next to the pool is relaxing for a quick refreshment. And the staff are friendly.
Cons: Difficult to think of something I didn't like, except that our room was a little loud from hallway noise and a droning hum that was incredibly irritating to one of my travel companions.

Pros: Perfect location to this beautiful city. Walking distance to everything. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfasts. Rooms were quiet and comfortable.
Cons: We tavelled during the rainy season in December and while Hoi An is usually warm it can get a bit cold at night. The hotel did not have heat so we were a bit chilly in the room sleeping. They tried to accommodate with mobile heaters but didn’t have enough for us.

Pros: Super close to town but very quiet and secluded at the same time. Staff are really friendly, cant do enough for you. Rooms pretty good and spacious. Just been updated. Had a room close to pool was awesome. Definitely would stay again and is great place to stay for long or short stay.
Cons: New showers were bit hard to use but thats not much to complain about to be honest.

Pros: The pool was stunning and had lots of shade. Which was awesome for cooling off and relaxing. The staff were great and the rooms were lovely. I extended my stay but 5 days I liked it so much. Would love to go back someday.

Pros: The rooms and the ground were very well kept and quite nice. The room was very clean, the staff very helpful. The pool with the view of the river, I think you cannot do any better in Hoi An.
Cons: The restaurant closed a little early, but they accommodated us for a drink and small snack.
