Pros (+) Loved the people who work there, best group ive ever seen. Amazing staff, really care, soooo noticable.
Cons (-) So minamal on problems, if any problems, just my view, cause sure they would listen if i noticed something.

Cons (-) Windows are unsealed glass vents so there will be various common bugs that share your room, including small roaches. Nothing compared to a cabin in the woods, but those with bug phobia may be concerned.

Cons (-) The rooms themselves are a bit run down. Clean, bit run down. The desk staff were not particularly friendly. Children playing in the pool were using tiles they found from the pool wall for diving and the poolcould be cleaner around the rim. Some of the rooms feel like you are in a cave. We were happier when we moved to the second floor.

Pros (+) Location of the hotel and its surroundings is beautiful. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) Room that we got was not one of the best. On one side there is a road/highway and other side there is pool. Constant noise from both sides. Room electrical needs improvement. One switch turns on bathroom and other lights which can be disturbing for other persons in the room. These are minor things.
