The reservation made through KAYAK was in the Hertz system when I arrived making vehicle pickup easy and quick. The vehicle was relatively new and was very clean. Dropoff was quick and trouble-free.Reviewed 18 Dec 2021

When I booked this car rental I had asked for an airport car rental, so when I got to the Hertz from the airport shuttle and was told I was at the wrong location and would need to take a taxi to other location, they called a taxi but after 30 minutes i got back on the shuttle and went back to airport and got a taxi from there. I would not have booked this through Kayak if I knew it would cost an additional $40 in taxi fares. I will never use Kayak again and am writing to Hertz about the way it is advertised on your website.Reviewed 11 Nov 2021

Cons:Very courteous staff and the process was smooth and quick. Good vehicle for the price but I do not understand why the price of rental cars is so high. Return was quick and easy and the staff was very courteous and helpful.Reviewed 27 May 2021

Cons:Our car broke down on a busy road and their emergency response put us on hold for 40 minutes before we could even report in. Then it was another 1.5 hrs for a tow truck to arrive. totally unacceptable from break down to time to respond.Reviewed 3 May 2021
