I usually rented a car at a rental agency at the airport Pam Beach International. This time, I decided to rent from an Enterprise agency located 2 miles from the airport given that it offered a price lower than the one at the airport. I was happy with the two staff at checkout (I would have given a poor rating if it were not for these 2 staff). I drove the car home 10 miles away at 12:30 p,m. and drove back to the airport at 5 p.m. to pick up my family. As soon as I got off the highway I-95 to get to the airport, I heard the thumping of a flat tire . Fortunately, I was next to a gas station and was able to park at the station. I then found out that the tire just split and found myself all shook up and distressed. A limousine driver who parked his car near by came over and mentioned that he had never seen such a case of a split tire and told me that it would have killed me if it happened while I was driving at 55 mph on I-95. I took pictures of the tire and called Enterprise Road Assistance who gave me instructions to lock the car and keep the key since I was not able to wait for the tow truck in the mental condition I was in. Next day, I called the Enterprise agency where I rented the car from. One of the managers I talked to did not seem to comprehend the seriousness of the situation where I could have been injured or worse. He told me that he would cancel my contract and gave me one day credit for future rental. One week later, I returned the key to the same manager who told me that I should have left the key in the car even though Enterprise Road Assistance told me to keep the key. The instructions are contradictory. I also found out that my contract was not yet canceled until one week later when I returned the key. The attitude of the manager is un-friendly and not welcoming. I would not go back to this Enterprise location.Reviewed 14 Sept 2022
