This Hertz counter was not at airport and apparently not even connected to Hertz except by name. Couldn't get taxi or Uber to airport when dropping off on Sunday. Employees not helpful in dropping car at airport.Reviewed 19 Sep 2022

Let's see, we were given a car with a tire problem and an oil leak. The morning after, we drove the 25 minutes back to the airport to inform them of this problem. Couldn't care less. "Couldn't see leak" and threw some air in the clearly leaked tire. (It went to emergency pressure twice after being filled twice). The second day, we drove back to the airport. Mind you, this is 25 minutes there and 25 minutes back EACH TIME. The guy was like "I'm so glad we could give you a different vehicle." Again, couldn't really care less. Second vehicle thankfully didn't have problems. Would NOT rent from these idiots again.Reviewed 29 Oct 2021

1. The agent was great. However, while in the office to get the reservation, I learned how poorly Hertz is assisting the agents in getting the cars to us - no support behind the scenes! It took nearly 30 minutes or more, and I was the only one in the office. The agents are frustrated with Hertz. 2. The SUV was not exactly what we reserved, but we made due. we reserved a vehicle for 6 with appropriate luggage space. It held 6 but did not have luggage space. I realize cars/SUVs are difficult to get right now but I did reserve this months in advance and paid a high price for the right one. Hertz didn't follow thru correctly and did not notify me about this failure to provide the correct reserved vehicle.Reviewed 15 Oct 2021

The service at pickup could have been faster. I had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get counter help. The service at drop-off could also have been better there were no envelopes in the drop off box and it seemed very unsecure.Reviewed 2 Aug 2021
