Nothing was liked! My booking was for 4/4/24-4/6/24 and was scheduled to pick up my vehicle at noon on 4/4 but when I arrived at hertz there was no one there and sign on their door said they would be back at 3:00. There was no one at the location and therefore I was unable to get my rental. I returned at 3:30 and the sign now says back at 4:30…my entire day was off schedule and I missed an important meeting!!! I will never book thru kayak or hertz again.Reviewed 7 Apr 2024

Pros:the car was no available and they didn't support by looking other locations, i didn't got the services.. several minutes on hold in the phone waiting after i call them multiple time to multiple locations....Cons:ensure available inventory in this portal.Reviewed 7 Feb 2021

Pros:The staff at Hertz Car Rental in Corneilus, N.C. was very friendly and professional! Checking in/out was super fast! Cons:Reserved a Malibu or similar. Showed me an SUV. Told him I didn’t want an SUV, Was told it was a free upgrade and they had nothing else. Said I don’t like driving SUVs. He went inside, I followed. Finally he handed me keys, pointed and said take that silver car. Rude, never went over for damage.Reviewed 3 Mar 2019

Failed reservationPros:The car was clean and drove nicelyCons:My boyfriend booked the rental for me online for a wedding we were attending out of state. He had to leave before me and when I picked up the car they wouldn’t let me use the rsvp b/c I didn’t have his cc. They told me I had to cxl my online rsvp and rebook at a different rate. The new rate was twice as much! Plus there was a non refundable cxlation fee of $80! It was 3 times what we experienced to pay and it took forever to get the car b/c there was only one guy working at this location. Never again will I use this company.Reviewed 22 Oct 2018

Rental booked, no cars availablePros:Nothing. The booking experience was smooth and easy, but the inventory wasn't there to back up what was booked. I Called the location to verify the address and was told they had no cars available. That left me having to scramble to figure out what to do.Cons:I was able to book and they didn't have any cars. We were transporting teens to help with hurricane clean up and had to inconvenience a family that had other plans to get them there since there were no cars.Reviewed 15 Oct 2018
