Pros:Nothing about the experience was good.Cons:Pick up of the car was a nightmare. Spent over an hour in line and took a total of two hours to complete the rental. Really messed up our day plans and even missed a reservation. They didn't honor the prices that were online and we had to pay more for the rental insurance in the office.
