The counter agent did not honor the price Kayak quoted and reservation price when I arrived at facility. Charged more than price I was quoted on online reservation. When I returned the car the agent checking in the vehicle asked what charge was on vehicle when I picked it up. He went out to check charge which was more than when I picked it up. He then tried to charge me more than the price I paid at pick up which was higher than online quoted, reserved price. When I objected to another upcharge, he questioned who was the agent when I picked up car. I described the counter agent to him and again expressed my dissatisfaction for not honoring the quoted price and now trying to upcharge me again! He backed away from the upcharge and made many keystrokes on computer and took way too long to give me my receipt and check in the vehicle. I was trying to get to the auto shop where my car was being repaired before closing. I will never rent a vehicle from here again.Reviewed 20 Mar 2024

The vehicle had shakes when the brakes were applied. I was to far away from where I rented the car to return it so I had to put up with it the whole trip. It was only a problem applying the brakes going down hill or applying the brakes for a quick stop. The car was not perfect but it served a purpose and safe trip.Reviewed 4 Dec 2021

Pros:The return was far better than the pick up location.Cons:Car was sent out under full tank. Not company standard. Miscommunication between locations. Was charged for a full tank refuel and waited 3 weeks for reimbursement/compensation for the mistake. Several long, unnecessary phone conversations.Reviewed 21 Apr 2021

Cons:Hi had requested a vehicle that would hold at least 4 luggage pieces and they gave me a vehicle which only had Room for 3 luggage pieces.. I wasn't so much interested in a vehicle brand Just a vehicle which I had requested that would hold at least 4 luggage pieces.. that made our trip somewhat uncomfortable since What of our luggage pieces had to go in the back seat with 2 other passengersReviewed 7 Nov 2020

Pros:The pick up and drop off was easy, didn’t take too long. The shuttle service at LAX was prompt and attentive. As were the car attendants at drop off. Gas mileage was amazing.Cons:The car itself wasn’t great. It was also the only car left in the fleet and the representative told me the person after me wouldn’t get a car. That wasn’t good news at all. Several small dents, type wasn’t that exciting. I would definitely would have paid more for a better car make and model.Reviewed 7 Oct 2020
