When we arrived, they had our reservation but no car! The person at the counter was of no help and said that he could neither give us another car nor cancel the reservation. I was told that perhaps they would have a car in 40-50 minutes. He finally called me 2 hours later. In the meantime, I called Kayak, cancelled the reservation, and walked two counters down where Enterprise rented a car for LESS than what the original reservation would have been at Thrift. Thrifty has lost a customer for life. How do you reserve a car and then not have a car? Unbelievable!Reviewed 7 Jul 2024
