Hertz was overbooked and had no cars, but Kayak let me spend money to reserve one anyway. When I went to go pick up a car at 10:00pm, there wasn't one available and I was stranded. DON'T book with a middle man, go right to the rental company!Reviewed 15 Jul 2022

Pros:I got off my flight and the counter was closed. A super nice agent with another company tried to find my keys and contract which were no where to be found. I am still working on a refund.Cons:You could have been open or at least had my stuff ready so someone else could have helped me.Reviewed 26 May 2021

Cons:It was the Ford Edge. Hard to lock up. Alarm went off! Alarm would not set up - spent 30 minutes trying to figure this one out. Finally after closing the rear opening on the SUV for the third time, the alarm was able to be set. So, it wasn’t Hertz, it was Ford who had a problem. Pros:Saint John the desk attendant, when I picked up The car. He went above and beyond for me! He even brought the vehicle curb side for me!
