Pros:Nothing. It was a terrible experience.Cons:The pickup was 12 noon on a Saturday and it closed at 12 noon and no one was there. The next day it opened was Monday. I tried calling the local phone numbers and they couldn't talk until Monday. I then tried to call the national support Hertz number and had to wait for about 40 mins on hold (probably because they are bankrupt and have no support staff) and then the guy tried to get me a car from another location but then disconnected. I then called back and waited on the phone for about 30 mins and then got the same guy on the phone (he may be the only guy working) and just cancelled the reservation. AWFUL!Reviewed 19 Apr 2021

Cons:When I booked through Kayak the search engine not only changed the dates but also the pick up location. Unfortunately I did not notice this until after payment was made and I showed up to pick up the car. It has been a nightmare since. The Hertz employees I encountered through out this fiasco were rude and unhelpful. I will never use Kayak to book anything ever again.Reviewed 28 Mar 2021
