Pros:Drop off easy. It was not open. Pick up the staff were poor. I rented a SUV, they tried to give me a minivan. When I told the clerk this he ask me in a rude manner why I needed an suv. He then switched my to an suv gave me the keys and told me the car was outside to the right. 5 mins later I came back in and informed him that there were no vehicles fitting his description to the right. I informed him that there was a vehicle fitting that description at the left of the building.. at which he said then that's the one. This is the first time that I have rented a car (with the exception of at an airport) where a staff member did not walk me to the car did a basic inspection.Cons:Greet the customer like you would like to be greeted, show the client the to the vehicle and give a brief tutorial of some basic functions - like starting the car, adjusting the seat, the mirrors, - just some basic safety functions. It shows you care and perhaps the next time the client rents a car she/he may remember the professionalism at this dealer and price point would not be the only consideration in renting a car.Reviewed 5 Apr 2021
