Cons (-) The hotel was sold out. We like to stay at the Fiesta because of location. We ate at Leticia's and had an excellent meal and cocktails.
Pros (+) Aina at the front desk awesome. Very friendly and glad to be of assistance.
Cons (-) I did encounter a problem with the room jetted tub. Resolution waas quickly offered and a good will gesture was proactively made to ensure satisfaction.

Cons (-) $30 resort fees (above the quoted Kayak price per night), a heater that made a lot of noise at night, a phone that didn't work and a staff that didn't clean the rooms
